New members are always welcome - we paddle year around on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Why? Because we're outdoors, we're on the water, we're exercising, we're socializing, we're learning and we're having fun.
We work on our technique, fitness and objectives while remembering to have fun along the way. We have dedicated coaches and preset workout plans for each outing. We also take advantage of our dedicated coach boat, our coaches ride along side us as we work on our form and fitness. Our goal is to be the best we can be as individual paddlers and as a crew.
No previous experience is necessary for either of our paddling groups, all we ask is that you participate in a couple of introductory paddles to get the basics and to cover off boat safety.
Our annual registration fee is $200.00, which is good for one year. An additional fee of $100.00 is required to participate in our competitive program.
